Terms of Use

These terms apply to companies and individuals (“Customer”, “you”) using the VotBot service (“VotBot”, “we”). By signing up you accept them.
1. The service
VotBot is an online service that answers WhatsApp messages with artificial intelligence, collects leads and gives your team a shared conversation panel. Available features depend on your plan.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity in your account.
- The account owner is responsible for team members they add and their actions.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use VotBot to:
- send bulk or promotional messages to people who have not consented (spam);
- distribute unlawful, misleading or abusive content;
- do anything that breaches WhatsApp/Meta policies;
- attempt to breach the service’s security or access other customers’ data.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended without notice.
4. About WhatsApp
QR connection uses WhatsApp Web technology, and use of your number is subject to Meta’s rules. VotBot is not liable for Meta restricting or banning a number; reduce the risk by avoiding bulk messaging and using a dedicated business number.
5. AI replies
The bot answers from your knowledge base; you are responsible for its accuracy. AI replies can be wrong — for important decisions (payments, order confirmations) we recommend handing the chat to a human.
6. Payment and subscription
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen plan and period (monthly/yearly).
- You can stop your subscription at the end of a period; paid periods are not partially refunded except where required by law.
- The bot may pause when plan limits are reached.
7. Data
Your knowledge base and customer conversations belong to you and are processed under our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, VotBot is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or outages of third-party services. In any case our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance in the panel or by email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
